Terms of Service

By accessing or using PythFeeds — our website, public API, or mobile apps (collectively, the “Service”) — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PythFeeds provides real-time market data, charts, news, portfolio tracking, alerts and optional AI-generated summaries for crypto, equities, metals, commodities and forex. The Service is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or private keys. Any swap or on-chain transaction is initiated and signed by you, in your own wallet, with third-party protocols.

All data, analysis, AI output, scores and indicators on the Service are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Markets are volatile and crypto assets can lose value. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional.

Prices and market data come from third-party sources including the Pyth Network oracle and market-data providers. While we strive for accuracy and low latency, data may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate or incomplete. We provide the Service “as is” and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or sanctions.
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Resell or redistribute the data or API access in violation of these terms or our data providers’ terms.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

API keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret; you are responsible for all activity under your keys. We enforce per-tier rate limits and may suspend or revoke keys that abuse the Service. See the Developers page for current limits.

The PythFeeds name, logo, interface and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying market data is owned by its respective providers. You may not use our branding without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PythFeeds and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, assets or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
